Tip #3: How to handle distractions while reading

1. Try listening to binaural beats for concentration on noise canceling headphones.

2. Shut down the world around you as much as possible; wear a baseball cap, headphones, or find a small space with a door you can close, if possible.

3. If there are lots of distractions, set reasonable goals; try reading maybe only 5 to 10 pages at a time, and keep note of the story as you read. If you are diligent about it, those pages add up fast day after day.
